KQ-3 Automatic Particle Strength Tester is used for testing the maximum breaking strength of all kinds of particle form. Digital readout, automatic clear zero, there are start key, clear zero key and print key, serve motor spiral compression, automatic protector of outrange.

Setup Parameters and Operation Instruction

1 Range: according to the range of pressure sensor, input the measuring range to the procedure;

2 Calibration: set up the calibration value in debugging program, then put on the relevant standard weight, display number should be as same as standard weight;

3 Sensitivity: there are 1 to 9 grades, bigger number more sensitive, customer normally choose 7-8 grades, different situation choose different grade;

4 Languages: Chinese/English;

5 Print: print relevant strength value according to measuring order;

6 Average value displays: the machine can show the average value after same samples be tested more than 10 times, automatically wipe off the numerical value which fluctuate 60% more than average value, the average value displays behind the print result.
